Built for traders who require evidence, not opinions
Steinovaro exists to give professional Australian traders a disciplined, transparent way to evaluate predictive signals before capital is committed.
Why we built Steinovaro
Steinovaro started from a simple frustration: most trading tools present confidence without accountability. Signals arrive polished and persuasive, but their track record is rarely visible, and when it is, it's rarely audited against what actually happened in the market.
We set out to build something different — a platform where every prediction is logged, every outcome is recorded, and every report can be checked against the original call. No retroactive editing, no cherry-picked wins.
That principle shaped everything that followed: the methodology we publish, the reporting cadence we commit to, and the way we describe our own limitations rather than overselling certainty.
What we're working toward
A single standard guides our product decisions, reporting format, and the way we talk about performance.
Make predictive signals accountable
Every forecast Steinovaro produces is timestamped and tracked through to its outcome. We believe a signal is only useful if its history can be reviewed in full, not just when it's favorable.
Put methodology ahead of marketing
We'd rather explain how a model works, where it's weak, and what conditions it hasn't yet been tested against than promise outcomes we can't verify.
Serve professional judgment, not replace it
Steinovaro is built as an input to a trader's own process — a layer of structured analysis, not a substitute for risk management or decision-making.
How we operate
These are the standards we hold ourselves to as the product and team grow.
Transparency by default
Performance reporting is published on a regular cadence and reflects both strong and weak periods, not a curated highlight reel.
Rigor over speed
We'd rather delay a feature than ship a signal or report that hasn't been checked against our own methodology standards.
Plain language
Where other platforms lean on jargon, we aim to describe what a model does and doesn't do in terms a working trader can act on.
A small, focused group
Steinovaro is built by a team with backgrounds spanning quantitative analysis, software engineering, and financial markets. We're deliberately structured to stay close to the product — the people who design the methodology are the same people accountable for how it performs in the open.
We don't publish a large roster of titles and headshots because we'd rather be judged on the consistency of our reporting than on team size. As Steinovaro grows, this page will be updated to reflect that.
